Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support a team of Department Managers
- set goals for Department Managers and follow up on their progress
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the team for the future
