Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and support a team of Department Managers
  • set goals for Department Managers and follow up on their progress
  • provide coaching and direction to improve departments
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the team for the future
