This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. Unlike McDonald's USA corporate locations, this restaurant is run by a separate franchisee who holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as an autonomous business entity. As such, all employment matters including hiring, scheduling, staffing, discipline, and supervision are governed solely by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. If you join this team, your employer will be the franchisee business owner, providing a distinct management experience from working within corporate-owned McDonald's venues.

Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
strong management and leadership experience
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent interpersonal skills
flexible availability to manage varied shifts
commitment to maintaining quality and service standards

Job Qualifications

previous general manager experience
experience running high volume locations
background in quick service restaurants preferred
experience in hospitality or retail considered advantageous
strong leadership skills
ability to set and pursue goals
excellent communication and coaching abilities

Job Duties

run a profitable restaurant
ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
create plans to achieve goals
