This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • demonstrate previous experience in a managerial role preferably in quick service restaurants
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational skills
  • effective communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience with high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to meet business objectives
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
