Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- demonstrate previous experience in a managerial role preferably in quick service restaurants
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational skills
- effective communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours
- must be at least 18 years old

- previous general manager experience with high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- oversee daily restaurant operations to meet business objectives
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
