- Prior experience in a leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations

Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Follow Federal, State and local laws
- Serve as a hands-on coach and effective trainer
