Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in inventory and sales reporting systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee product quality and operational standards
  • Direct marketing efforts and adapt to market conditions
  • Manage and train other managers
  • Manage sales and profitability and oversee the budget and reporting
  • Ensure product knowledge of all sales and service personnel
  • Conduct internal promotions and incentive contests as needed
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to maximize service and sales at peak times
