Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Execute company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure achievement of all restaurant objectives
- Comply with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Lead, interview, select, train and develop Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers and Crew Members
- Create and maintain an environment and culture of engaged employees
- Communicate effectively with store team
