Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and support Department Managers by helping set goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
  • Improve department performance to enhance overall restaurant success
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
  • Foster a positive work environment that motivates the team and drives customer satisfaction
