Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers by helping set goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
- Improve department performance to enhance overall restaurant success
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
- Foster a positive work environment that motivates the team and drives customer satisfaction
