Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Experience running high-volume locations preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible availability including holidays
- Ability to pass background check
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Duties
- Oversee profit and loss by following cash control
- Maintain inventory, schedule labor, review financials, and take corrective action when needed
- Recruit, train, and develop outstanding team members
- Conduct performance appraisals
- Manage McDonald’s brand standards alongside company policies and procedures
