Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operational standards
  • Ability to manage financial aspects of a restaurant
  • Willingness to work in hot and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Lead all people aspects of a Fired Pie restaurant including hiring, training, coaching, and development
  • Ensure the safety of guests and associates through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
  • Lead all guest components including excellent food quality, guest service, associate friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness
  • Manage all financial areas including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth
  • Apply thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures, and practices within the unit managed
  • Understand ways in which unit relates to and impacts Passion, Integrity, and Execution (P.I.E.)
  • Seek information regarding trends affecting the food service industry
