Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in restaurant management or related leadership role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a hot kitchen environment with steam and food vapors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train, coach, and develop team members
- Understanding of food safety and restaurant safety standards

Job Duties
- Lead all people aspects of a Fired Pie restaurant including hiring, training, coaching, and development
- Ensure the safety of guests and associates through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
- Lead all guest components including excellent food quality, guest service, associate friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness using proven systems and routines
- Lead all financial areas including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth
- Apply thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices utilized within unit managed
- Understand ways in which unit relates to and impacts P.I.E.
- Seek information regarding trends affecting food service industry
