Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a general manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Proficient in meeting operational and financial goals
- Commitment to uphold McDonald's standards of quality and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them with leader collaboration
- Lead and support Department Managers by helping them set goals and providing coaching
- Follow up on Department Managers’ progress to improve restaurant performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Manage daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Foster a team environment that promotes energy, purpose, and leadership development
