Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a general manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Proficient in meeting operational and financial goals
  • Commitment to uphold McDonald's standards of quality and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Experience in hiring and developing management staff
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them with leader collaboration
  • Lead and support Department Managers by helping them set goals and providing coaching
  • Follow up on Department Managers’ progress to improve restaurant performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Manage daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Foster a team environment that promotes energy, purpose, and leadership development
