Job Requirements

- Experience managing a team of 20-50 employees
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Hands-on coaching and training ability
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws related to restaurant operations
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to train and develop team members effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Follow federal, state and local laws
