Job Requirements
- HSD or GED preferred
- passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- 1+ years experience leading, motivating and or developing others or US military service
- commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
- strong customer service and support focus
- ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all restaurant aspects including food production, guest service and direct crew and manager work
- plan for success by leading and managing People processes such as recruiting, hiring and onboarding
- manage staffing and performance management
- train, coach and motivate team members
- plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering and costs
- ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence
- maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed excellence standards
