Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous managerial experience preferred
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations
- strong leadership capability
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- commitment to maintaining high operational standards
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants desired
- experience in hospitality or retail considered
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to develop and mentor staff
- effective communication and organizational skills
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers to set goals and follow up on progress
- provide coaching and direction to Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- uphold high standards in all restaurant operations
