Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or higher education
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick service restaurants
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role

Job Qualifications

  • General Manager experience running high-volume locations
  • A background in quick service restaurants
  • Experience in hospitality or retail
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing staff
  • High school diploma or GED or higher education
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and manage Department Managers by setting goals and coaching them
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvement plans
  • Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
