Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous General Manager experience preferred
  • Experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume quick service restaurant environments
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring managers
  • Background in hospitality or retail management is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
  • Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to improve individual and departmental performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a leadership team
  • Monitor departmental progress and provide feedback and direction
  • Oversee staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and safety regulations
