Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • previous general manager experience in high volume quick service or retail environment
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to manage and develop a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • commitment to upholding quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • background in hospitality or retail is a plus
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • ability to set goals and motivate teams
  • at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set and achieve restaurant goals in coordination with leadership
  • lead and manage a team of assistant managers
  • provide coaching and direction to improve team performance
  • hire and develop assistant and shift managers
  • oversee staff scheduling and maintain efficient staffing levels
