Job Requirements

  • 21+ years of age
  • 5+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proven track record of managing operations and meeting financial goals
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Solid understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experienced with cost control, inventory management, and profitability analysis
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and labor laws in the restaurant industry

Job Duties

  • Promote positive employee relations including delegation of managerial duties and fostering high staff morale
  • Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs to meet or exceed budgets
  • Oversee all operational aspects including entertainment, food, beverages, equipment, and property to support financial objectives and company initiatives
  • Assure staffing levels and management coverage are appropriate to meet the needs of the business and maximize the customer experience
  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks, and games
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
  • Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to standards and procedures
