Job Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must agree to background and credit check
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must have managers Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to lift up to 15-20 lbs
  • Must work a minimum of 45 hours per week
  • Must be available for at least two weekend evenings per week
  • Must schedule work during peak business hours including nights and weekends
  • Must clock in and out while in the store cone
  • Must comply with manager scheduling policies
  • Must have experience with cash handling and payroll validation

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Combination of practical experience and education considered
  • Managers Food Safety Certificate required
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Experience in cash handling, inventory management, and labor law compliance
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership following TRED principles
  • Maintain highest standards of friendliness and cleanliness
  • Manage cash handling and deposits
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and payroll validation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and food safety regulations
  • Schedule and work during peak business hours including weekends and nights
  • Conduct staff training, recognition, education, and development activities
  • Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback
  • Prepare schedules in Revel system and ensure manager coverage during peak shifts
  • Handle background and credit checks and maintain valid driver’s license compliance
