Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- experience managing high volume restaurant locations
- strong leadership capability
- ability to work with and develop a team
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- willing to comply with franchisee employment policies
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail accepted
- strong leadership and coaching skills

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them with leadership
- lead and support a team of Department Managers by setting goals, coach and direct for improvement
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee staffing, discipline, and scheduling to maintain operational excellence
