- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- ability to start work as early as 4am
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
- must be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

- willingness to participate in five weeks of training
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
- hands-on leadership skills
- knowledge of food cost control and labor management
- experience with P&L analysis
- strong team recruitment and development abilities
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to motivate and inspire a team
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- manage all aspects of store opening and closing
- ensure store is audit ready
- execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
- manage and motivate team members
- handle scheduling, inventory, and daily deposits
- support team during busy periods by filling various positions as needed
- recruit and develop internal talent
