Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry
- Ability to lead and direct 20-50 employees
- Hands-on coaching ability
- Strong organizational skills
- People-first leadership mentality
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to manage and motivate large teams
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to maintain compliance with Federal, State and local laws
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Follow Federal, State and local laws
- Act as a hands-on coach to train others effectively
