Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry
Ability to lead and direct 20-50 employees
Hands-on coaching ability
Strong organizational skills
People-first leadership mentality
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Previous restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to manage and motivate large teams
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to maintain compliance with Federal, State and local laws
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Job Duties

Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
Champion Wendy's operating systems
Lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
Follow Federal, State and local laws
Act as a hands-on coach to train others effectively
