Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • Previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Responsible alcohol service
  • Knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
  • Proficient in computer operations
  • Ability to manage and direct teams
  • Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statement

Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • Previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food handling, and sanitation
  • Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with Profit and Loss statement
  • Passion for training and developing staff

Job Duties

  • Create legendary guest experiences
  • Manage and oversee all restaurant operations
  • Lead and develop restaurant management team
  • Analyze Profit and Loss statements to optimize financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with health codes, labor laws, and safety regulations
  • Implement local restaurant marketing and community engagement activities
  • Oversee fundraising and charitable initiatives
