Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • One to three years prior experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
  • Ability to manage early morning shifts starting as early as 4 a.m.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Experience with food cost control and labor management
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • One to three years experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
  • Proven ability to lead a team and foster a fun, engaging work environment
  • Experience with profit and loss analysis and managing food and labor costs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and flexible hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer service issues
  • Manage and motivate team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor food costs and labor targets to meet budgetary goals
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members promoting internal growth
  • Ensure store is audit ready and compliant with company standards
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering inventory, and cash deposits
