Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- One to three years prior experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
- Ability to manage early morning shifts starting as early as 4 a.m.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Experience with food cost control and labor management
- Ability to handle physical demands such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Experience with profit and loss analysis and managing food and labor costs

Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer service issues
- Manage and motivate team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor food costs and labor targets to meet budgetary goals
- Recruit, train, and develop team members promoting internal growth
- Ensure store is audit ready and compliant with company standards
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering inventory, and cash deposits
