Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing a high volume restaurant or similar environment
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule to accommodate restaurant operations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to comply with company policies and standards

- Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve their departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage staffing and scheduling to maintain optimal operations
