Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise, separate from McDonald’s USA corporate entity. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s distinctive logos, branding, and menu offerings but operates autonomously in terms of employment decisions, management, and day-to-day business operations. The franchisee is the direct employer responsible for hiring, firing, scheduling, and all other employment-related matters at the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proven experience as a general manager
  • Ability to manage multiple departments
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to meeting quality and cleanliness standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience
  • Experience running high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set goals and drive results
  • Effective communication and coaching abilities

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach a team of Department Managers
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Monitor department progress and provide guidance
  • Maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction
