Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior experience as a general manager in a high volume restaurant
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- knowledge of restaurant operations and standards
- commitment to quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- background in hospitality or retail also desired
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- must be 18 years or older to manage the restaurant
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, providing coaching, and improving their departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- oversee daily operations to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- manage staffing, scheduling, and supervision to meet business needs
- foster a culture of teamwork, energy, and purpose
