Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • prior experience as a general manager in a high volume restaurant
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and standards
  • commitment to quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • background in hospitality or retail also desired
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • must be 18 years or older to manage the restaurant

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, providing coaching, and improving their departments
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • oversee daily operations to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and supervision to meet business needs
  • foster a culture of teamwork, energy, and purpose
