Job Requirements

- 1+ years experience leading motivating or developing others or US Military Service

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
- Lead and manage People processes such as recruiting hiring onboarding staffing and performance management
- Train coach and motivate staff
- Make critical business decisions regarding inventory budget and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed standards of excellence
