Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Ensure execution of all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Lead, interview, select, train, and develop Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Foster an environment of engaged employees and positive workplace culture
- Communicate effectively with all store team members
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives following company guidelines
