Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure execution of all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Lead, interview, select, train, and develop Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Foster an environment of engaged employees and positive workplace culture
  • Communicate effectively with all store team members
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives following company guidelines
