Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • one or more years experience leading, motivating or developing others or US Military Service

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
  • plan for success by leading and managing Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding, Staffing, and Performance Management
  • train, coach and motivate staff
  • plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
  • ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence
  • maintain high level of standard for guest and employee safety
  • oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
