Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- minimum 2 years' experience as a manager or supervisor
- valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, POS systems
- knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and local regulations
- ServSafe certification
- ability to work minimum 45 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in noisy environments and maintain office space
- physically able to perform store audits including walking, bending, squatting, lifting up to 50 pounds
- less than 10 percent travel required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service
- valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems
- knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and other relevant laws
- ServSafe certification
- personal passion for health and fitness is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage workforce including staffing, sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling
- create and implement strategies for recruiting and training team members
- organize shifts and delegate tasks to ensure efficient store operations
- schedule and execute training sessions to develop team skills
- identify skill gaps and customize training for ongoing improvement
- support career development and mentorship
- ensure compliance with food safety, store appearance, and cleanliness standards
- utilize operational tools like P&L statements and inventory management systems
- manage cash activities and reconcile logs
- review key performance indicators and adjust store plans accordingly
- develop and execute local store marketing plans and community outreach
- maintain inventory flow using point-of-use, front stock, and back stock methods
- set and maintain store according to brand standards using pars and plan-o-grams
- lead team engagement by setting performance expectations and providing feedback
- recognize individual and team accomplishments
- enforce company guidelines and promote brand vision
- drive cross-departmental collaboration to improve communication and processes
