- experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- strong leadership ability

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers to meet their goals
- improve department performance for overall restaurant success
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build effective teams
- manage daily restaurant operations
