Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- proven experience as a general manager or senior hotel leader in a full-service or lifestyle hotel environment
- strong leadership experience in food and beverage operations
- demonstrated success in rooms, food and beverage, revenue management, and sales
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- strong financial acumen including managing profit and loss statements
- proficiency with hotel management systems and revenue platforms
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- passion for hospitality and team leadership

- Proven experience as a general manager or senior hotel leader in a full-service or lifestyle hotel environment

Job Duties
- Set and execute the overall strategic vision for the hotel in alignment with Wurzak Hotel Group and the Moxy brand
- lead with personality, presence, and accountability, creating a culture where teams feel empowered, engaged, and inspired to win
- serve as the ultimate decision-maker while fostering collaboration across all departments
- provide direct oversight of front office, housekeeping, and engineering to ensure seamless operations and elevated guest experience
- own guest satisfaction metrics, online reputation, and brand standards compliance
- provide strategic leadership for all food and beverage operations including rooftop venues and bar
- drive innovative, brand-aligned concepts balancing guest experience with financial performance
- maintain control of labor, cost of goods, and service execution
- partner with culinary and beverage leaders for memorable experiences
- own commercial strategy including pricing, forecasting, yield management, and channel mix
- collaborate with corporate revenue partners maintaining accountability for results
- develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement cost controls
- directly oversee sales strategy and performance across all segments
- actively build relationships driving partnerships and positioning the hotel as a must-visit destination
- recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
- foster an inclusive, collaborative, high-energy work environment
- lead with strong, clear, confident communication
- serve as visible brand ambassador within the local community
- build meaningful relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers
- ensure hotel is deeply connected to neighborhood and culture
