Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capability to oversee full property operations including maintenance and guest services

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing operations within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, or Marriott preferred
  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management preferred

Job Duties

  • Execute full property oversight
  • Drive financial results including P&L management, budget control, daily bank deposits, and local sales execution
  • Lead and coach the team by managing schedules, performance, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Ensure highest standards of customer service through daily inspections and brand standards compliance
  • Complete and submit weekly reports and participate in corporate calls to maintain alignment with company goals and strategies
