Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capability to oversee full property operations including maintenance and guest services
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing operations within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, or Marriott preferred
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management preferred
Job Duties
- Execute full property oversight
- Drive financial results including P&L management, budget control, daily bank deposits, and local sales execution
- Lead and coach the team by managing schedules, performance, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure highest standards of customer service through daily inspections and brand standards compliance
- Complete and submit weekly reports and participate in corporate calls to maintain alignment with company goals and strategies
