This job opportunity is for a General Manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee. Unlike corporate McDonald's USA restaurants, this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer, holding a license to use McDonald's trademarks, logos, and food products while managing all employment responsibilities independently. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous general manager experience
- experience in the quick service restaurant industry preferred
- strong leadership ability
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant

- lead a team of department managers

- ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
