Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to start work as early as 4 am
- Capability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently

- Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience managing food cost and labor targets
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Familiarity with P&L analysis preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure store audit readiness and compliance with company standards
- Manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders effectively
- Lead the team during peak breakfast and lunch hours by working in various positions as needed
- Monitor labor costs and food cost goals, utilizing proven strategies
- Recruit, train, and develop high-quality team members
- Maintain excellent customer service and achieve strong customer satisfaction survey results
