- previous experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry

Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- ensure achievement of restaurant objectives
- comply with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
- oversee quality control to ensure Wendy's standards are met
