Job Requirements
- previous experience managing a high volume quick service restaurant
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- proficiency in setting and achieving operational goals
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- effective communication skills
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and improve performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- ensure the restaurant has a strong leadership team
- coach and direct managers to enhance departmental efficiency
- maintain high operational standards across all restaurant areas
