Job Requirements

  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of 5M or more
  • strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
  • strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front-of-house guest experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • allergy certification
