Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of P&L management and sales forecasting
  • Ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to assist in any area of the restaurant as needed

  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including food preparation and safety
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Oversee profit and loss management to ensure financial performance
  • Implement sales forecasting and staffing plans
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant restaurant environments
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives including fundraisers and community engagement
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and deliver a great guest experience
