Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, distinct and separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and serves McDonald's well-known food products, yet operates as an independent business entity responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This unique structure ensures that employees directly engage with the franchise owner as their employer rather than McDonald's USA. This distinction can offer a closer-knit working environment while leveraging the global brand recognition and operational standards that McDonald's represents.
