Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or full-service environment
  • proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing teams
  • strong financial acumen, including budgeting, p&l analysis, and cost controls
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and compliance requirements
  • ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • servsafe certification (required or ability to obtain and maintain)
  • bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese preferred for guest and team communication, but not required
  • multi-unit or high-volume restaurant experience

Job Duties

  • lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • ensure operational consistency and adherence to company standards
  • uphold exceptional customer service standards
  • create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for all guests
  • oversee budgeting, labor controls, and cost management
  • analyze financial performance, including p&l statements, to drive profitability
  • recruit, hire, train, and mentor management and hourly team members
  • foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth
  • collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives
  • ensure compliance with Washington State labor laws, wage-and-hour requirements, and scheduling practices
  • maintain compliance with health department regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
