Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and the ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to perform various tasks
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to work 50 hours per week
- Work between 5-6 days a week

Job Duties
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Create a positive, inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, heard, and supported
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food standards are met and maintained
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all company policies and procedures
- Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
