Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older to work as a manager
- ability to manage a fast-paced, high volume restaurant
- experience leading a team of managers
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a General Manager in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail environments
- strong leadership and team development skills
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- excellent communication skills
