Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of hotel management experience
  • Strong leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of hotel management experience, preferably in a branded hotel
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of hotel financials, budgeting, and revenue management
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency with hotel systems, Microsoft Office, and related technology

Job Duties

  • Lead all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and food & beverage
  • Build, coach, and retain a motivated, guest-focused team
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and respond effectively to guest feedback
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company policies
  • Oversee property maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
  • Identify and manage operational and reputational risks
