Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Passion for helping and serving others including customers and fellow team members
  • Minimum 1 year experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US Military Service
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all restaurant aspects including food production, guest service, and team management
  • Plan and manage all People processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
  • Train, coach and motivate team members consistently
  • Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budgeting, and food ordering/costs
  • Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed excellence standards
