Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience
- Experience managing teams and driving sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of retail or hospitality management preferred
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to mentor and develop team members
Job Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in management (retail/hospitality preferred)
- 2+ years in a leadership role as main decision maker
- Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives
- Experience driving business and sales in a complex, customer-facing, fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator and detail oriented leader who demonstrates MyEyeDr. values
- Upholds exceptional service standards and acts as a mentor
- Servant leadership style with strong drive for results, business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit

Job Duties
- Build and foster a purpose driven team through recruitment and onboarding, ongoing training and development
- Have direct responsibility for financial success of your office through managing behaviors that drive KPI performance
- Collaborate with doctors, home office support, and associate members to provide seamless patient experience
- Deliver key performance indicators with flawless execution of patient experiences and provide in the moment coaching to other office leaders and team members
- Maximize Optometric partnerships through participation and involvement in coverage, walk-in availability and doctor availability
- Lead Doctor of Optometry business partnership and on-going relationship
- Maintain HR policies and compliance to promote a productive and safe work environment
- Lead performance and development in partnership with District Manager for all team members
- Ensure optical merchandise meets standards, patient requirements and requests
