Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurant settings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to coach and develop staff effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in hospitality or retail preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and coach Department Managers to improve their departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Monitor progress and provide direction to improve operations
- Foster a teamwork environment focused on customer satisfaction
- Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently
