Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurant settings
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to coach and develop staff effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Background in hospitality or retail preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Background in quick service restaurants
  • Experience in hospitality or retail
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing staff
  • High School Diploma or GED or higher education
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to improve their departments
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Monitor progress and provide direction to improve operations
  • Foster a teamwork environment focused on customer satisfaction
  • Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently
